This Grenache from Heathcote received a few hours skin contact while being gently pressed, fermented without the addition of yeast to dryness in old French barrels and spent five months maturing on yeast lees. It is a delicately coloured rosé, fresh and fragrant of roses, red currant and cranberry with a fresh, smooth, dry, textured palate. It balances the line of having enough mouthfeel and flavour without having too much. Oh yes, it is a Harmony rosé – everything in sync from the blush copper/pink to the florals and gingery aromas. The palate is refreshing and zippy, with pops of cranberry, watermelon and texture and more. Love it. 95 points. The palate is defined by its plush fruit flavours and a salivating juicy acid line.

A blend of 85/10/5% syrah/pinot noir/pinot gris. A bright copper-tinged salmon. Perfumed with aromas of red fruits, citrus pith, Mediterranean herbs and floral notes. This is medium bodied and strikes the perfect balance between having flavour (but not too much) and finishing dry, orange-pithy and long.
